This Returns & Refund Policy sets out how Tereza Barnard Studio S.L. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds for purchases made through https://www.therealistacademy.com (the “Site”).

2. DIGITAL COURSES & MEMBERSHIPS
All courses, modules, and memberships offered on The Realist Academy are delivered as digital content. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
By completing a purchase, you:
Expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content, and
Acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost once access has begun, in accordance with Article 103(m) of the Spanish Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Therefore, all sales of digital products and memberships are final once access is granted.
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are available after login or download.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact studio@terezabarnard.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll assist promptly to restore access.
3. OPTIONAL PRINTED MATERIALS
From time to time, we may offer printed learning materials, study guides, or workbooks as optional additions to your course experience.
These may be produced individually to order by a print-on-demand partner (such as Gelato or Printful).
a. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are based in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of any non-customised physical product within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
To exercise this right, contact studio@terezabarnard.com with your order details before the 14-day period ends.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or misprinted.
b. Exclusions
The withdrawal right does not apply to:
Customised or personalised materials made to order.
Print-on-demand products manufactured specifically for you once printing has begun.
Digital files or downloadable versions of materials.
c. Defective or misprinted materials
If your printed material arrives damaged or misprinted, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.
We will coordinate a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders for digital courses cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.
Orders for physical printed materials may be cancelled only before production begins.
5. REFUND TIMING
Where a refund is approved:
Refunds are made via the original payment method.
Processing time is usually 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
We may withhold refunds until the returned item (if applicable) is received or proof of return is provided.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by Spanish law.
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you also retain the protection of mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
